About this episode
Martin Brynskov, founder and director of the global network Open & Agile Smart Cities & Communities, explains in this episode the importance of working with communities, as a broader concept, and not just cities. The Danish researcher highlights the importance of MIMs – Minimal Interoperability Mechanisms – to facilitate interoperability and dissemination of innovations. He addresses the potential of AI, considering data as “new soil“, but warns, however, about the risks associated with AI in the energy field or in the exacerbation of inequalities, and stresses the need for openness, transparency and regulation.
